Thank you for your purchase from SUNLAKESVG! Here's everything you need to know after completing your order.

🔽 How Do I Download My Files?

  • After payment is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the download page.

  • A download link will also be sent to your email inbox.

  • IMPORTANT: Please check your spam/junk folder in case our email ends up there.

🗜️ How Do I Unzip the File?

All files are delivered in a zipped (.zip) folder. To extract:

  • On Windows/Mac:

    • Double-click the ZIP file, or

    • Right-click > "Extract" or "Unzip"

  • On Android/iPhone/iPad:

    • Download a free app from the App Store or Google Play (e.g., “iZip” or “WinZip”)

✂️ How Do I Use the Files?

  1. After unzipping, use the file format that works with your cutting machine (SVG, PNG, DXF, etc.).

  2. Upload to your software (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio).

  3. Ungroup the design to customize or change colors as needed.

⚠️ I Did Not Receive the Email with Files

  • First, check your spam/junk folder.

  • If you entered the wrong email at checkout, please contact us at sunlakesvg@gmail.com, and we’ll manually send the files.

You can also test our process by downloading a free SVG to see how everything works.

🔍 I Don’t See the SVG File in the ZIP Folder

Every product includes an SVG file.

  • Sometimes, SVG files display with your default browser icon (e.g., Chrome or Edge). This is normal.

  • Simply upload the file (with .svg extension) into your cutting software as usual.

  • Still can't find it? Contact us and we’ll email it right away.

📜 Do I Need a License to Sell?

  • You can use our designs on physical products (like shirts, mugs, etc.) for both personal and commercial use.

  • You may NOT resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any way.

  • To resell or bundle digitally, please contact us to purchase a digital license.

🛠️ Do You Offer Custom Orders?

Yes, we do!

  • Message us via Facebook or email.

  • Send a sketch or description of your idea.

  • Most custom designs cost $5 or less depending on complexity.
